Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use our website and our services.
We’re working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard and we review accessibility regularly. If something isn’t working for you, tell us, there’s always another way to get the information or support you need.

If you need a different format or a reasonable adjustment
Tell us what you need and we’ll do our best to help. For example, we can provide:
-
text-only or large-print versions of pages or PDFs
-
captions or transcripts for audio/video
-
alternative ways to contact us or take part in sessions (video, phone or relay)
Email: connect@commonpathconnection.com
Response times: we’ll acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to respond within 10 working days.

Feedback and reporting a problem
If you find an accessibility problem not listed here, or think we’re not meeting accessibility expectations, please email connect@commonpathconnection.com with details (page link, what happened, your browser or assistive tech if relevant). We use this feedback to prioritise fixes.

If you want to raise a formal complaint about our service, see our Complaints & Compliments page.

What we know and what we’re doing
Some older PDFs and third-party embeds may not be fully accessible. When this causes a barrier, we’ll replace the content or provide an alternative on request.
We’re continuing to:
-
reduce or replace PDFs with accessible HTML
-
improve keyboard focus states and headings hierarchy
-
check colour contrast and link clarity across the site

Compatibility notes
Our site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies (for example screen readers and zoom up to 400%). If you encounter issues with a particular setup, let us know and we’ll investigate.
