5. Embed, evidence and handover (Weeks 5–8)
Trial-and-learn cycles, blocker removal and early wins. Stand up the adoption tracker, hand over ownership, and confirm the sustain plan. Optional 60–90 day review.
2. Rapid listening and baseline (Weeks 1–2)
