Privacy & Cookies

At Common Path Connection Ltd. we take your privacy seriously. This page explains, in brief, how we handle personal information. We don’t sell personal data and we don’t use automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects.

What we collect

We collect your name, contact details, work role, relevant project records, and technical/usage data from our website. If relevant to the service, we may also collect psychometric assessment data and brief meeting notes/recordings, these are optional and used only with your consent. If any wellbeing/health information is discussed, we handle it with extra care and only where a UK GDPR condition applies.

How long we keep it

Client project records are normally kept for up to six years after our final contract with you. Recordings are usually deleted within 12 months. Financial records are kept for at least six years to comply with HMRC requirements. Anonymised data may be retained for research and professional supervision. Marketing contact details are kept until you opt out.

Your rights

You have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, to object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you’re unhappy with how we use your information.

Why we collect it

To deliver and improve services, manage scheduling and accounts, send service updates/marketing (you can opt out), meet legal duties (e.g., tax), and support supervision/research using anonymised or minimised data. Our legal bases are contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers (processors) to run our business for example Microsoft 365 (including Microsoft Bookings for scheduling), Wix (website/forms), QuickBooks (accounts), payment services (PayPal/Square), psychometric platforms, survey tools, and video conferencing (Microsoft Teams/Zoom). We may also share information with client organisations, banks, professional advisors, insurers, and regulators where necessary. Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA (e.g., USA, Israel); in those cases we rely on UK adequacy or Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum to protect your data. A current list of key processors is available on request.

Cookies & your choices

We use essential cookies to run this site, these don’t need consent. We’ll only use optional cookies (e.g., analytics) if you allow them. On your first visit you can Accept all, Reject all, or choose Settings. If you ignore the banner, we do not set optional cookies. You can change your choice any time via Manage cookies. The Manage cookies panel lists each cookie’s provider, purpose and lifespan.
