A simple way to choose is to match the support to the “shape” of your need: • Quick Moves are best when you have one live issue to resolve in a single session (a decision, a stuck meeting, a reset moment). You leave with clear ownership and a concise handover. • Programmes are best when you want a packaged outcome over a short, time-bound period (culture, leadership, change adoption, or role clarity). • Partnership is best when you want a paced, whole-system route over 6–12 months, delivered in sprints so gains stick without overload. • Bespoke is best when the standard routes do not quite fit your context and we need to design-to-fit. Start with a Connection Call. We’ll listen, clarify the outcome you need, and surface what’s most likely driving the pattern. If we’re a fit, we’ll follow up with a short note on next steps. From there, we usually recommend one of three starts: • A Quick Move if something is stuck right now and needs a clean decision. • A short, time-bound Programme if you need a contained piece of work with a defined outcome. • A light diagnostic step when the symptoms are loud but the cause is unclear (often a faster route to the right intervention than guessing).

We’re a good fit when the need is about how work gets done (culture, leadership, change uptake, role clarity, decision paths). We’re not the right route for: • Urgent safeguarding or crisis situations (these need immediate specialist routes) • Formal HR casework (for example grievances, disciplinary investigations) or whistleblowing investigations • Clinical therapy or counselling needs • Legal advice or compliance investigations
