How we work
1. Set up & kick-off (Week 0)
We align on outcomes, success signals and guardrails, request only the essentials, and agree how we’ll work together - including risks and ethical boundaries.

3. Engage & equip (Weeks 3–5)
We map stakeholders, align leaders on the story, and give managers a practical toolkit for local, two-way conversations.
5. Review & handover (Weeks 8)
We share a board-ready update, agree a 60–90 day review and a sustain plan, and hand over the tools so momentum continues without us.
2. Make the case (Weeks 1–2)
We listen quickly - a handful of interviews, a short pulse and a doc read-across -then co-write a clear, shared case for change and what progress will look like.
4. Embed & evidence (Weeks 6–7)
We run trial-and-learn cycles, clear blockers, surface early wins and start reporting simple 30/60/90-day adoption signals on a lightweight dashboard.
